Moissanites are their own gemstone, NOT fake or simulated diamonds like Cubic Zirconia which are never sold at Masterful Moissanite. Moissanites are a 9.5/10 on the Mohs hardness scale, making them incredibly durable & a close second to diamonds which are a 10/10. Moissanites are more brilliant than diamonds which gives them a better shine based off the way light reflects off the stone.
WILL IT PASS THE DIAMOND TESTER?
Moissanite will pass most diamond testers because they have a very similar thermal heat. However, they have differing electrical conductivity which professional grade testers check for.
