  1. What is Moissanite?

Moissanite is a premium gemstone, and as you’ve probably figured out, it’s our favorite. Why?  Well, first, it shines brighter than a diamond, ranks 9.5 out of 10 on the Mohs scale, and delivers serious brilliance. Moissanite is its own gemstone, not a fake or simulated diamond like cubic zirconia, which is never sold at Masterful Moissanite. Nearly as hard as a diamond and even more brilliant, it offers exceptional durability and sparkle that catches the light beautifully.

  1. Is Moissanite a natural gemstone or made in a lab?

Because natural moissanite is extremely rare, most gemstones available today are grown in labs. Of course, lab-created moissanite has the exact same beauty, durability, and structure but with the added benefit of being ethical and sustainable, a quality we’re proud to stand behind.

  1. Does Moissanite pass a diamond tester?

Moissanite will pass most diamond testers because it conducts heat in a similar way to diamonds. However, keep in mind that they have differing electrical conductivity, which professional-grade testers check for. 

  1. Is Moissanite better than Cubic Zirconia?

Well, Moissanite is generally considered better than cubic zirconia because of its superior durability, brilliance, and ability to keep its sparkle over time. While cubic zirconia is a more budget-friendly option, it tends to scratch, cloud, and dull over time. Moissanite, on the other hand, stays brilliant for life. Remember, Moissanite is a lasting gemstone, not a short-term alternative.

  1. When will my item ship?

We’ll ship your time fast and free. All our orders ship within one business day from Jersey City, NJ. Standard shipping within the United States is always free, and tracking updates are sent within a few days (typically 1-3 days).

  1. How do installment payments work?

Want to get your order now and pay later? With Shop Pay Installments, you can! You can split your payment into 4 easy interest-free payments for a more convenient payment option. Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by Affirm lending partners.   1. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no, not at the moment. We currently only ship within the United States. If you live outside the US and would like to receive our products, let us know.

  1. What shipping options are available?

Every order includes free standard U.S. shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout if you need your jewelry quickly.

Returns and Warranty

  1. What if I don’t like my item?

If you don't absolutely love your item, you can return it for a full refund for free, no questions asked, within our return window, which is 30 days. Just email us on info@masterfulmoissanite.com and make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and include any certificates you received.   1. Does moissanite come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every moissanite stone comes with a certificate of authenticity and quality, so you can shop with confidence. All stones are GRA certified and made with 100% authentic .925 sterling silver. All our stones are third-party verified to ensure you receive the quality and authenticity you expect.

  1.  Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every purchase includes our free lifetime warranty, giving you long-term peace of mind. With every order, we offer one free repair or replacement. 

Care and Maintenance

  1. How should I clean and care for my moissanite jewelry?

Moissanite is durable and easy to maintain. You can clean your jewelry at home using products that you already have. Simply use a bowl with warm water and add some liquid dish soap. Let your jewelry soak for a few minutes and then use a soft brush to keep your stone shining. Make sure you avoid any harsh chemicals. 

  1. Will my jewelry fade or tarnish?

No. We use solid .925 sterling silver with premium moissanite stones. That means no tarnishing, no green skin, and no fading. You can shower, work out, and live your life knowing your jewelry will maintain its shine and beauty.

  1. Can I wear moissanite jewelry daily?

Yes! Moissanite is built for everyday wear. Its exceptional durability and brilliance make it ideal for necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. We recommend wearing it often to enjoy its full beauty, and since it’s highly resistant to scratches and tarnish, it keeps its sparkle through daily activities.
